For pin collectors everywhere, here are shots of Muhammad Ali wearing a large promotional Ali pinback button at a Sports Magazine award dinner in 1975. The idea of self-promotion is an interesting one. There is one lot of three consecutive images and the other lot of two of 35mm black and white negatives, in NM-MT condition. The original negatives and images in this collection are by the personal photographer of Ali's manager Herbert Muhammad. Unpublished, they have not seen the light of day for five decades. Recently discovered, they come with the photographer’s rights. All of the negs/transparencies are unique, “Type I” images that can be used to make prints and products of the finest quality and huge scale.
