Three early and interesting posed portraits of Muhammad Ali in accepted Nation of Islam attire are executed on 2.25" medium format full color negative film. Comes with a Type I matching color contact print, which is a consecutive strip of four images measuring 2.5x9.5". Negatives are printed on Kodak Safety Film, the color deviation on the contact strip is not the color that will print when you develop the film; you will get color similar to the picture of the three negatives. In NM-MT condition. The original negatives and images in this collection are by the personal photographer of Ali's manager Herbert Muhammad. Unpublished, they have not seen the light of day for five decades. Recently discovered, they come with the photographer’s rights. All of the negs/transparencies are unique, “Type I” images that can be used to make prints and products of the finest quality and huge scale.
