President Herbert Hoover photos (2) relating to his days as a football player at Stanford. The first shot is of the 1894 Stanford team (printed in 1940) picturing Hoover as well as 17 teammates. The image is 7" x 9" with the caption sheet taped to the verso detailing all of the players and their future achievements. The print is in is in VG-EX condition with some creasing. The second image is of seven members of the same group taken 37 years later on the White House Lawn during Hoover’s presidency. This shot measures 6" x 8" and also has the caption sheet taped to the verso and rates VG-EX.
