Red Blaik coached Army to two national championships; in 1944 and 1945. This is a great collection of SF Examiner archive photos dating to the 1940's and 1950's. Images are sized from 5" x 7" to 8 1/2" x 10" and range in condition from VG-NRMT with many EX. There is a great 1944 shot of Blaik kneeling next to eventual Heisman winner Glenn Davis. There is another of Blaik in 1948 holding the Lambert Trophy and one of him shaking hands with Navy coach Tom Hamilton in 1947.
