Pittsburgh Pirates road jersey worn by outfielder R.J. Reynolds in 1987. The gray knit jersey is lettered "Pirates" across the front and features the number "23" on the left breast and reverse. "Reynolds" is lettered upon a gray nameplate on the reverse, directly above the number. All letters and numerals are applied in black on gold tackle twill. Located on the interior left front tail are both a "Rawlings 44" label and a flag tag reading "Set 1 1987." A Pirates 100th anniversary patch appears on the left sleeve. The jersey is original as issued and displays moderate wear. Reynolds appeared in 117 games in 1987, finishing the season with 7 home runs, 51 RBI, and a .260 batting average. He retired in 1990 with 35 home runs 294 RBI, and a .267 lifetime average.
