A Dallas Chaparrals jersey worn by center Rich Niemann during the 1971-72 season. According to the interior tag, the white, blue, and red jersey is a size 44 made by Rawlings. The jersey shows excellent signs of use with light staining and loose threading evident. Niemann, who played his college basketball at Saint Louis, began his career in the NBA in 1968 before moving over to the ABA in 1970. He would retire following his year with the Chaparrals, finishing his ABA career with averages of 7.6 points and 6.6 rebounds a game.
