PSA has encapsulated the card and certified the signature as Authentic. The card bears an expiration date of 05/91 on the front, along with the name "Theodore S. Williams" in blue type at the base. The card (3.25x2.25"), which remains in Excellent to Mint condition, originates directly from the Ted Williams' estate and is accompanied by an LOA from Williams' daughter Claudia attesting to its provenance.
