Jordan has beautifully signed the 6x6-inch wooden floor piece in black Sharpie, with the signature grading 9/10. This is a limited-edition piece that was issued by Upper Deck and the company's hologram authentication label is affixed to the floor piece below Jordan's signature. A plaque below the piece bears the engraved limitation number "501/1000." As noted by an engraved descriptive plaque in the display case, this floor piece was used in Chicago Stadium from 1987 to 1994, a period in which the Bulls won three World Championships. Mounted together with a color photo (9.5x7.5") of Jordan taking off from the free throw line during a Slam Dunk Competition.
