Historic June 24, 1955, Milwaukee Braves game program, significant not only for its age but also as a memento of the Major League debut of Brooklyn Dodgers pitcher Sandy Koufax. Program has a very clean look with bold colors on the cover, slight foxing at the edges and all pages intact. Scored in purple pen, it notes the 19-year old lefty's entrance as a reliever in the 5th inning with Milwaukee holding a 7-1 lead. Koufax acquitted himself well with two scoreless innings, striking out two and allowing one hit, paving the way to a relatively brief but dominant Hall of Fame career. Program is in VG-EX condition.
