Trio of three original Type I photographs, each picturing Pete Rose, circa 1969. While all three appear to have been taken for publicity photos, they are rare and the first such examples we have ever seen. All measure 8x10 inches and are in Excellent to Mint condition. 1) Rose is pictured sitting together with teammates Bobby Tolan and Tommy Helms, as their respective wives stand behind them and lift off their helmets. 2) Rose is pictured sitting next to a young woman wearing a Reds helmet while teammates Bobby Tolan and Tommy Helms look on. 3) Rose is pictured on field being awarded a 1968 Buick Skylark by an unidentified gentleman. A credit stamp reading "Sarge Marsh Photo" appears on the reverse. Each photo has been encapsulated and certified as Type I Authentic by PSA.
