Rickey Henderson Boston Red Sox signed game used bat is a Rawlings model 513B dating from the 2002 labeling period. Outstanding use on the ash bat includes a handle crack, tape at the base of the handle, bat rack paint transfers, ball marks (including ink transfers), and more; number 35 is written on the knob and barrel top in black marker. Measuring 34.0" and weighing 30.0 ounces, the bat is signed in blue Sharpie between trademark and barrel stamp in 8/10 blue Sharpie, with 2002 year inscription added. The 2002 season was the penultimate one in Henderson's Hall of Fame career though, at age 43, he still managed to successfully steal eight bases in 10 attempts while appearing in 72 games for the Red Sox; his 1,406 career thefts remains on the list of baseball's likely-unassailable records. Comes with PSA/DNA LOA grading this bat as GU 9 (note that the letter is for game use only and does not offer an opinion on the signature). Also has Man of Steal holo.
