Ash bat with black finish is uncracked and displays excellent use including bat rack abrasions, loss of some black paint on the knob, wear to the silver leaf used in the stampings, and slight checking on the barrel. Measuring 34.0" and weighing 31.6 ounces, the bat is beautifully signed in 8-9/10 silver Sharpie between trademark and barrel stamp, along with inscription "HR. 454." At age 37, Palmiero rocked 43 homers in the 2002 campaign, and added 79 over his final three seasons to run his career total to 569, making him one of just 28 members of MLB's elite 500-Home Run club.
