An All-Star letter! Two-page handwritten letter from Hall of Famer Eddie Collins to Cincinnati promoter D.A. Fletcher informing him that he will gladly join the All-Star Tour. Dated September 21st, 1910 and written on Colonial Hotel in Cleveland stationary, Collins gives his uniform measurements and says to "positively count on me to be with you every way for the All Star Tour." Signed by Eddie T. Collins, the 6 x 9.25 item has minor paper loss to the top edges. The tour was banned by baseball's National Commission and the players were forced to return the money. With 3,315 career hits, Collins is 11th on the all-time hit list. Comes with JSA LOA.
