These items originated from Charles "Chick" Seamans III, spanning a career that included stints in the armed forces as well as the Pentagon on the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Included are: 1) A 1941 West Point platinum diamond ring given to his wife, size 2.5. Stamped "Tiffany & Co., 14K Plat" along with "I Love You" engraving inside. 2) 1969 Distinguished Service Air Force Medals in original case. 3) Seven vintage copies of the Air Force Special Order GB-453, dating July 11, 1969, regarding the issuing of the Distinguished Service Medal, citations to accompany the award and the approval of recommendation for the award signed by John R. Mattingly. 4) 1993 US Air Force passport.
