This astounding piece bears an authentic signature from the 16th President of the United States. Dated March 4th, 1863, it is an officer commission document signed by Abraham Lincoln. It is also signed by Edwin Stanton at the bottom, and is a document for William H. Morgan. There are a few holes in the vellum, the entire piece is presented with stunning museum framing to 28x36" overall and includes an engraved plaque on bottom with photograph of President Lincoln.
