The poignant story of Jackie Robinson's breaking of the color barrier is told in the movie "42," which was released in 2013. One of only a few made and used in the production of the film, this home white Dodgers jersey bears Jackie's iconic number on the back, and is signed on the inside by his wife, Rachel, in blue Sharpie. There are some dots where the signature has bled through to the front of the jersey, but the zip-top with felt numbers and team name is otherwise NRMT, a beautiful reproduction of the original. The film grossed just under $100 million, and Rachel Robinson was also involved in its production.
