Lot Description  

Dating from the 1953 season, this beautiful "MacGregor Cincinnati Baseball Club" baseball is in EX-MT condition with 24 dark ink signatures that average 8.5/10. Highlights include Hornsby, Nuxhall, Hatten, Klu, Bell, Bridges, and more. As a historical footnote and a sign of the era, due to the rampant anti-communist sentiment of the time, Cincinnati was renamed the "Redlegs" before the 1953 season, and the Reds name was restored after the 1958 season. Comes with PSA LOA.
