Anchored by Denny McLain's remarkable 31 wins, the 1968 Tigers outlasted the St. Louis Cardinals in a thrilling seven-game World Series. Here's a stunning keepsake from that tremendous season: a sample championship ring encased in a lucite sphere. It originates from an employee who worked at Balfour, the ring's manufacturer. The beautiful detail is on display, along with "KALINE" engraved on the side, commemorating one of the franchise's all-time greats, who was an 18-time All-Star. The ring is not gold and there appears to be a cubic zirconia on top. It is in NRMT condition.
