This previously-unknown photo is historic to the creation and development of the Cincinnati Reds. It depicts "Red Rooters" on the way to the opening of Redland Field from April 11, 1912. This is the official opening of the field that ultimately became Crosley Field in 1934 and this historic photo is dated in the border. The photo displays horse and buggies with fans in festive attire, flags and other souvenirs, with a big banner which reads "Doyle's Rooters." Wonderful vintage Type I photo, with magnificent detail, framed and matted overall, the size is 9x11".
