This lot includes six National Invitation Tournament programs in which Long Island University played. There are three copies from the March 15, 1939 NIT. Teams who played that year included LIU, Roanoke, New Mexico Aggies, Bradley Tech, St. John’s, and Loyola. Also included: a copy from the March 11, 1940 NIT with LIU, De Paul, St John’s, Duquesne, Colorado U and Oklahoma A&M; two copies from the March 19th 1941 NIT tournament with LIU, Virginia U, Rhode Island, Ohio U, Seton Hall, Westminster, Duquesne and City College The other programs included in this lot are a random collection of college games and double headers that LIU played throughout the years from '39 - '41.
