This 1933 Goudey Babe Ruth #149 card shows one of the most recognizable images in the baseball collecting world. The follow- through of the Babe's classic swing just jumps off its fire engine-red background. This is a splendid example that has been graded PSA 8 NMMT and could have been graded higher except for the fact that it is slightly off-center top to bottom. PSA has only graded 19 copies NMMT with just two higher. It is nearly the same population as the #53 yellow background Babe Ruth. The sharp corners only show the slightest wear with the reverse being just as clean as the front(there is slight bleed-through mentioned for accuracy). A superb example of the "Home Run King of the Big Leagues" that has tremendous eye appeal.
