This sign which simply reads White Sox, white letters on a black glass panel background, hung at Milwaukee's County Stadium. The vintage sign dates from 1968 or 1969 which were the years that the White Sox played at County Stadium. The sign is comprised of three separate glass panels each in a black metal framing that measures approx. 1" in width. The panel with the WH measures 32 1/2 x 20", the ITE panel measures 31 1/2" and the final SOX panel measures 36 x 20". The overall condition is EX with all pieces intact, including the framing and no cracks or breaks in the glass panels. There is some fairly significant scratching on the black coating which surrounds, and helps set off the white lettering, but it does not deter from the overall feel or value of the item, in fact if it was displayed hanging on a wall you wouldn't even notice, except with very keen inspection. This is a great opportunity to own a fun piece of White Sox memorabilia.
