All rookied in the 1950’s, they compiled a gargantuan number of hits, homers, and awards between them, with Mantle collecting three League MVP’s and a Triple Crown, Killebrew with an MVP and eight 40-homer seasons, and Mays, who many consider the best ever, three MVP’s (not including two All-Star MVP’s). Homers, they’ve had a few: Mantle - 536, Mays - 660, and Killebrew - 573.
