We offer these exquisite pieces of original art by noted artist John W. Orth (D. 1976) featuring beloved Dodgers Duke Snider and Gil Hodges in uniform. Orth was one of the last artists from the Santa Anna, California area to paint in the style of the Old Masters. His forte was always portraiture of well known persons, as you can well see from this fine example. Some of the artist's most notable subjects included Winston Churchill, Charles Laughton and Albert Einstein.
