Great keepsake from Flutie’s long and still-winding football road -- a jersey he wore in 1994 while with the Calgary Stampeders. All but forgotten now is that the sawed-off Miracle Man, after starting as a pro in the WFL, played 8 seasons in the Great White North, winning 3 Grey Cups, including one in ‘92 with the Stampeders, who made him the first million-dollar player in the league. The jersey is a beaut, with the un-QB-like #20 screened across the front, back and on both sleeves in red/black, and “Flutie” screened across upper back. Team’s 50th anniversary patch stitched on upper left chest and the CFL logo on the bottom of the V-neck. “Starter [size] L” tagging in neck, another “Starter” label on left front hem w/”48” and “Long” flag tags, and a label with the year “94”. Light but evident use. With this, you don’t have to Hail Mary to get a great Flutie jersey at a good price.
