In the Land of the Rising Sun, these Mizunos are as valuable as Derek Jeter's spikes are here. They were worn by outfielder Koji Akiyama, the star of the Seibu Lions dynasty that won 6 out of 7 Japan Series titles from 1986-92, during the time he won yet another with the Fukuoka Daiei Hawks in 1999, their 1st since 1958. The colorful cleats have a large Velcro covering tongue embossed with "Akiyama 1" in green lettering. Cleats show good wear with some caked-on dirt on the undersides. Great shoes from one of Japan's all-timers.
