A fabulous assemblage of Nellie Fox’s personally owned ephemera collected over the course of his professional baseball career includes numerous assorted items: Several rosters, programs, typed letters addressed to Nellie, Fox personally annotated scorecards, schedules, etc., whitetail deer horns with partial skull from a hunting trip (with big game tag filled out in Fox’s hand still attached), box of cuff links, (4) glasses from the 1973 Old Timers Game adorned with “Phillies Old Timers Game 1973”, (4) 7-ounce glasses adorned with the initials “NF”, personally owned 8MM Bell & Howell video camera in original case (“Nelson Fox, Nelson Fox St. Thomas PA.” handwritten on inside), books relating to the White Sox and Houston Astros (includes his personal copy of “The Way It Is” by Curt Flood), archived magazine article entitled “Ted Williams on The Science of Hitting,” magazines including Sport, The Elks, and Sports Illustrated, pamphlets regarding Major League ball players’ benefits, various signed cards, framed photo with Bill Pierce & Al Lopez, bowling memorabilia, & more!
