Herbert Hoover signed display piece. Displayed inside of this 9x11" frame is a Herbert Hoover cut signature, placed on top of a letter that was written and signed by John Marrinan, the "Secretary to Mr. Hoover." The typed letter reads, "Dear Mr. Bennett: In response to your request of July 9th I take pleasure in sending you herewith one of Mr. Hoover's autographs." At the bottom of the frame is a nameplate that reads, "Herbert Hoover, 31st U.S. President, 1929-1931." The letter is dated July 9, 1926. There is no glass included with the frame.
