Includes: Two typewritten notes signed by Norman Rockwell on his personal stationery, handwritten note from Ian Anderson of Jethro Tull, signed illustration of Harry Truman inscribed to Dan Valenti (also a signed letter accompanying the illustration), 8x10” of the Marx Brothers signed “Groucho”, a Stanley Kubrick / Full Metal Jacket collection including a letter signed “Stanley” to one of the actors (Lee Ermey played the Drill Sargent), and 115 snapshots taken during the filming. Also, a large amount of assorted material related to a film project called “The Gunny” the project considered by Kubrick but turned down in the letter. Manuscript, documents and photo of Ermey as the Drill Sargent in “Full Metal Jacket” signed and inscribed to Valenti. Four magazines (1971-75) with Kubrick articles.
