1970 All-Star Game ticket stub signed by Pete Rose in blue Sharpie (grading 10/10) on the front. PSA has encapsulated the stub and certified both the ticket and signature as "Authentic." What makes this piece so desirable is the special inscription by Rose, which reads "Get Out Of The Way Ray - Pete Rose." The 1970 midsummer classic remains one of the most memorable of all time due to its dramatic ending. Playing in front of his hometown crowd at Riverfront Stadium in Cincinnati, Rose scored the winning run in the bottom of the fourteenth inning by leveling Cleveland catcher Ray Fosse with a vicious shoulder block as he attempted to catch the throw from the outfield on Jim Hickman's single. The ticket stub (4.75x2.5") displays a roughly torn left border and toning on the reverse, as well as a single tack hole slightly to the left of the center.
