A Excelsior Brand model 812 baseball glove from the 1920s that was endorsed by Hall of Fame outfielder Al Simmons. The leather glove is in terrific shape as it was only lightly used. The wrist features a button for sizing and the fingers on the glove to not collect. This is an exceedingly rare item to find in this type of condition. One of the best players of the 1920s and '30s, Simmons, nicknamed Bucketfoot Al, would hit .334 over the course of his career and was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1953.
