Presented is a rare Heinie Manush single-signed baseball, possibly the earliest known in existence. Manush signed this vintage Official American League (Johnson) baseball across the sweet spot with a steel-tip fountain pen. The signature is in black ink and rates 8/10. Official American League Ban Johnson balls date from 1918 to 1924. Manush's rookie year was 1923, so this ball was likely signed by him during his rookie year or second year. Manush played for six teams throughout his Major League career, from 1923 to 1939. This ball is one of the finest known Manush single-signed balls in existence. A full LOA from JSA is included with the ball.
