As noted in its accompanying LOA, this bat matches the specifications of bats ordered by the Boston Red Sox, not Wade Boggs personally, hence the A5 grade. Boggs has signed the bat in blue marker (grading 6/10) on the sweet spot of the barrel. The bat, which measures 34 inches in length, and weighs 30 ounces, is not cracked and displays no use.
