The 2012 squad finished at 93-69 in the regular season, won the Al Wildcard Game over the Texas Rangers, and reached the AL Division Series, losing 3-2 in games to the New York Yankees. The leading Orioles hitters that season were Nick Markakis, who batted .298, with 32 home runs and 82 RBIs, and Chris Davis, who batted .270, with 33 homers and 85 RBIs. Wei-Yin Chen led the Orioles' pitchers with 12 wins. The mesh jersey has "ORIOLES" across the chest, with sewn-on orange scripted letters with black trim. On the right sleeve is a sewn-on multi-colored Orioles patch and a sewn-on Majestic manufacturer's logo. Six silver-white buttons run down the front. The outside left tail has a sewn-on MLB Authentic/Majestic manufacturer's tag, underneath which is a sewn-on "size 48" tag. On the left outside seam is a "Majestic Cool Base" tag. On back, the outside collar has a sewn-on MLB tag. Beneath this is "SHOWALTER" in sewn-on orange block letters with black trim. Under the above is "26" in sewn-on orange numerals with black trim. Using a black, fine tip marker, Showalter neatly signed the numeral "6" of his number "26," The remaining 26 signatures have been signed on back, in black, fine tip marker, and the signers have added their uniform number after each signature. The signers: Chris Davis, Matt Wieters, Tommy Hunter, J.J. Hardy, Zack Britton, Brian Matusz, Chris Tillman, Miguel Gonzalez, Troy Patton, Nick Markakis, Ryan Flaherty, Manny Machado, and many more. The front of the jersey has a number of small stains, most likely from tobacco or coffee. Other than the aforementioned imperfections, the jersey is in excellent condition.
