Presented is a circa 1967 Jimmie Foxx signed scorecard of the Miami Marlins, a Baltimore Orioles' farm team in the Class A Florida State League. Known as "Double X" and "the Beast," Hall of Famer Foxx blasted 534 home runs, at his retirement second only to Babe Ruth in the Major Leagues, and in his career, from 1925-42 & 1944-45 (mostly with the Philadelphia Athletics and Boston Red Sox), he was a 3-time AL MVP with a .325 lifetime batting average. Foxx passed away in 1967. He signed the back of the four-page scorecard, which has a few small folds and some minor darkening because of the passage of time, in beautiful script, with a blue ballpoint.
