Phenomenal footwear carried his Airiness past the first milestone of his spectacular career. Acquired from Jordan’s personal guest and inspirational survivor, the former Dave Rothenberg. A young man who was severely and maliciously burned by his own father during a domestic dispute, later he would disown his father and legally remove his last name to be known only as “Dave.” As biting winds swirled outside Chicago Stadium that January night Jordan iced the Sixers with thirty-one points, moving past Bob Love as the Bulls all-time leading scorer. Following the game Mike would autograph, in bold black marker, and personally deliver these nicely worn [size] 13 Nike Air Jordans to Dave, who himself inscribed, “Shoes worn by M. Jordan 1/26/90 Bulls highest scoring record,” on the sole of the right shoe. Included are photos of the two together and an LOA from Dave. You are looking at one of the premiere Jordan pieces available!
