Denver Nuggets home jersey worn by guard Dwight Anderson during the 1982-1983 season. The white knit rainbow-colored jersey features the Colorado Rockies skyline design on the front, below which is "Nuggets." The number 20 is featured on the upper left breast and reverse. "Anderson" is lettered on the reverse, directly above the number. All front lettering and numerals are applied in gold on black tackle twill. All reverse letters are applied in navy tackle twill. A "Powers Mfg. Co. 44" label is located on the left front tail. Although the Nuggets did not have year tags on their jerseys during this period, Anderson played with the Nuggets only during the 1982-1983 season (it was also his only season in the NBA). The jersey is original as issued and displays light use, including a few light, tiny stains. This jersey style, with its distinctive graphics and bold color scheme, has always been highly prized by collectors and this is an outstanding example.
