It has a clear black-and-white image of Hornsby in swinging follow-through with a thinly populated stadium background. There is a facsimile autograph across Hornsby's torso. The premium is factory-mounted on gray cardboard stock. The premium itself appears to be in NM condition. The gray cardboard backer has wear and small creases in all four corners with the bottom left being the most affected.
