Circa 1940s Pittsburgh Pirates hat game used by Hall of Fame slugger Ralph Kiner. Black cap has gold "P" embroidered and shows great use. Leather band displays wear and has Rawlings tag along with size 7 1/8 stamp. Number "4" is handwritten inside the crown in black marker, and it is signed under the bill along with "To Frank" personalization. Though he played only 10 Major League seasons before a back injury forced his retirement at the young age of 32, Kiner's mark was as immense as one would expect to enter Cooperstown in such a short period, having led the NL in home runs in each of his first seven seasons.
