Selection of six original vintage photos of "The Chairman of the Board," Frank Sinatra, in his early years. 1) Black and white snapshot measures 2.5x3.5" and shows Frank following through on a posed swing, as he looks over his left shoulder with a big smile at the camera. 2) Snapshot measuring 3.5x2.5" shows Sinatra posing with another person. Stain to bottom edge of border. 3) Snapshot measuring 5.5x3.5" displays "Ol' Blue Eyes," holding a microphone stand surrounded by a crowd of fans. Creasing evident. 4) Photo measuring 5x3.5" has Sinatra clad in a nice suit while posing for a photo, with the photographer in the shot. "Frankie's United Swooners" stamp on back. 5) Sinatra is apparently performing for a radio broadcast, in this 3.5x5" shot. Stamps on back are from "Frank Sinatra Sub-Deb Club" along with a date stamp of Sep 1945. 6) Very young Frank addresses a surprisingly-orderly group of fans seeking autographs in this 5x4" image. Some creasing evident. Each of these photos has been encapsulated by PSA as Type I Authentic, all circa 1940s. Included in lot are 135 plus Sinatra photos of various sizes and types. Included are images of Sinatra boxing, singing and in Navy uniform. Great early look at the man who sang his way into the hearts of generations of fans.
