At a glance, the crest in this blue jersey is a clear imitation of the early Winnipeg Jets logo, though closer examination lists the team as "Jax" and is of far lower quality than one would see for a pro team, apparently good enough for filming. Gerry Cosby tag is in the collar, number 6 is on both sleeves and back in red-on-white tackle twill, and lot comes with a copy of an ad from the movie with player wearing this exact jersey.
