Great bat game used by one of the great pitchers of all time, Greg Maddux, circa 1991-97. Louisville Slugger model L157 measures 33.875" and weighs 31.6 ounces, with outstanding use shown including checking to the barrel with slight grain separation, ball and cleat marks, paint transfers, and overall wear. Number 31 is written on the knob in black marker and in the cup in black Sharpie. Per the included LOA, this specimen grades as PSA GU 9.5. The crafty righty is considered one of the best all-around pitchers in history, with four Cy Young awards, 18 Gold Gloves, and four full seasons in which he batted .200 or more - two of which fall during the date period of this bat.
