Scarce and rarely seen image of the great Babe Ruth during the 1923 World Series. This crisp and clear 1930s Type II example features The Babe sliding safely into third after what was no doubt a great hit. With leg extended in a cloud of dust, you can almost see the intensity in Ruth's face. 7.5x9.5" image has been recently discovered in the Brown Brothers Archive and features numerous hand written notations along with three Brown Brothers stamps.
