A pair of greats captured in this original, from the camera cellulose negative of Babe Ruth and Harry Heilmann. Taken before a game in the early-to-mid 1920s, both players are posed in front of the Yankees dugout in this 7x5" classic. Though not as well known, Heilmann is a certified star of the era, winning four batting titles between 1921 and 1927 for the Detroit Tigers, for whom he also went on to a 17-year play-by-play career.
