Stylish black and silver-plate award presented to World Hockey Association superstar winger Marc Tardif following his stellar post-season effort in 1977. With an impressive 109-point regular season, Marc posted another 14 points over the twelve game playoff schedule as the Nordiques took on all comers and captured the Avco Cup. A pair of plaques attached to the base read “The Avco World Trophy” and “Marc Tardif – Capitaine”. Another plate on the reverse proclaims “Presented to the Nordiques de Quebec World Champions 1976-77” and one more above lists the entire roster of the victorious Nords. In near excellent condition.
