A fight that could have changed the face of boxing. Or not. Three-page typewritten contract dated July 25th, 1922, between former Heavyweight Champion Jess Willard and promoter Tex Rickard in regards to a possible rematch that with Jack Dempsey, the man who took the title from Jess. Of course this never happened, though Willard would fight Floyd Johnson in a Tex Rickard promoted fight. Signed by Jess Willard and a witness in black ink. The contract has been framed to 33x21" along with a special Type 1 photograph of Willard in an interesting head shot. Comes certified by PSA.
