This 1940s Arky Vaughan-signed photograph was given to Dom DiMaggio, center fielder for the Boston Red Sox and the youngest of the DiMaggio brothers. It is personalized "To 'Dom', Luck + Best Wishes, Arky Vaughn" and measures 8x10". Though Dom was overshadowed by his brother Joe's incredible success, he was an excellent player in his own right, being named an All-Star seven times, while Vaughan was a nine-time All-Star and was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1985. Vaughan's signature rates 8/10 and his name also appears handwritten in pencil on the back, which is otherwise plain. There are some staple holes, minor creasing on the corners, and mild surface wear, but it is otherwise in VG-EX condition. Comes with JSA LOA.
