Here's a unique item: a Sterling silver pass from the 1920s, issued by USC. Numbered #107, this was presented to Fred Coffman, the varsity catcher for the Trojans' baseball team, and described as a "Three Year Varsity man" above his luxuriously-engraved name. The wording includes: "THIS ENTITLES FRED COFFMAN TO ATTEND HOME ATHLETIC CONTESTS FREE OF CHARGE FOR LIFE SUBJECT TO RULES OF ATHLETIC CODE." On the reverse is the engraving: "CATCHER 1925-26-27." It measures roughly 2.5x1.5" and there is a short chain attached. Overall condition is EX+. This is the only such item we have ever seen.
