This unusual compilation consists of a great collection of gifted mementos from military generals and admirals, both U.S and foreign. Consisting mostly of uniform patches, badges, pins, awards, and cufflinks, it comes with corresponding signed letters from the generals and admirals themselves mentioning the pieces. These items were acquired by Jim Schendel since the 1950s, as he wrote to these figures asking for something to add to his collection. Worth noting is that it's pretty impressive how these important leaders spent their lives defending others, and they took the time to send pieces from their personal uniforms to Jim.
