How timely is this? The same two teams that met in the last World Series are the same two that met in 1967 (not to mention 1946 and 2004, as well). These two balls from that famous Fall Classic feature tons of great names. The World Champion Cardinals ball is an amazing NRMT to MT official NL (Giles) baseball with 22 signatures including Maris, Schoendienst, Cepeda, Flood, Gibson, McCarver and Briles. The Red Sox ball - which we know was signed at the Series - is an official AL (Cronin) ball with 27 signatures, including Yastrzemski, Doerr, Smith, Howard, Williams, Conigliaro., Maglie, Lyle and Stange. It is in NRMT with 7/10 signatures. These balls are very special as they belonged to World Champion manager, Red Schoendienst.
